What the app stores

The pictures you make are saved as projects on your device — the photo you started from, the props you placed, and where you put them — along with a few small preferences like your last brush size. They stay there, protected by whatever protects the rest of your phone: your passcode or biometrics, iOS file encryption, and the sandbox that keeps other apps out.

What leaves your device

Only what you send yourself. The share button opens the standard iOS share sheet — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Instagram, Save Image — and your picture goes directly from your phone to wherever you point it. That exchange is between you and iOS; the app takes no part in it and keeps no record of it.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party crash reporting, and no tracking of any kind. It makes no network connections at all — it will do everything it does in airplane mode. If that ever changes, this page will say so before the change ships, and the date below will tell you when it changed.

Your photos

Adding a background asks for access to your photo library, because choosing a picture is the first thing the app does. iOS shows you its own picker and hands the app the photo you chose. On recent versions of iOS you can grant access to selected photos only, and the app works exactly the same way if you do.

The app never writes to your photo library on its own. Saving a finished picture to your camera roll happens only if you choose Save Image from the share sheet, and iOS performs the save.

The camera

You can take a new photo instead of choosing one. The app asks for camera access only when you choose to do that, and a photo taken that way goes straight into your project on the device. It is not streamed, uploaded, or processed anywhere else.

Editing happens on your phone

Placing a prop, resizing it, and painting parts of it away are all done on your device using Apple's own frameworks. No image is sent anywhere to be processed, and nothing about what you make is examined or reported.

Deleting things

Deleting a project in the app removes it and its saved images from your device. Deleting the app removes everything it held. Both are permanent, and neither needs anyone's help, because no copy exists anywhere else.

Children

The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Your data rights

Laws such as GDPR and CCPA give you the right to see, correct, or delete the data a company holds about you. There is nothing here to ask for: no data about you is collected, so none is held, and everything the app created is already in your hands on your own device.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects any of the above, this page will be updated and the date at the bottom will change with it.
